Ashiatsu is massaging with the feet broad to specific. Benefits for the client: less pain receiving deep tissue massage, increases blood and lymph circulation which detoxifies the body at a much faster rate, less inflammation and soreness post massage compared to deep neuromuscular work. Clients receive more massage benefits in a shorter amount time and maintain results in a longer period.
